MacroCalc.online provides an AI-powered assistant that estimates calories and macronutrients (protein, carbohydrates, and fat) based on information you provide. The Service is offered for general informational and educational purposes.

All calorie and macronutrient figures are estimates generated by an automated tool and may be inaccurate or incomplete.
